TRR
Rating
The Referral Rating — the rating your customers have provided in response to the first question of the survey, “On a scale of 1 to 10 (where 1 is low and 10 is high), how likely are you to recommend {Company name} to a friend or colleague?”
The numerical rating received. On the TRR Dashboard, this refers to TRR. On the Barometer dashboard, this refers to the Barometer rating.
The percentage of a customer’s contacts surveyed who responded.
Response Rate
Individuals you communicate with most frequently.
Primary Contact
Individuals who are the key decision makers and have direct influence over the business relationship — members of the leadership team and other stakeholders with the ability to impact your contract.
Critical Contact
All the contacts of an account that have been surveyed, including standard, primary and critical contacts.
All Contact
The customer account that was surveyed.
Account
The average rating or response rate within an industry or sector.
